Hot Pink
How should I go about dying my hair hot pink?
I’m pretty sure I want to do all over color, so how do I get from dark brown to bright hot pink? Also, do I leave my eye brows brown, or dye those too?
well since your hair is dark your first going to have to bleach to
only to a yellow blonde then the hot pink would take to it..i would reccomend
using only 20 vol bleach any more will damage your hair.. you may need to bleach is
more then once depending how dark your hair is so remember to do alot of hair treatments..
special effects is a great brand to use aswell 
i wouldn’t suggest dying your eyebrows pink that might be too much.
(maybe just wax them if they thick) ;
